Data required for the service
The login uses your ChatGPT account. The academy receives an ID, an e-mail address and, when available, a name. It keeps your display name, your progress, your notes, favourites, certificates, aid requests, projects and business operations.
Use and access
These data allow for the operation of the account, educational follow-up, assistance and access management. Authorized administrators can consult the elements necessary for these missions. Certifications are only publicly verifiable after voluntary activation of their sharing.
Payments and suppliers
When sales are open, payments are processed by Stripe. The academy does not store complete card numbers. Hosting and authentication use Sites and ChatGPT. These providers’ own services are also governed by their respective terms.
Conservation and rights
The learning data is kept to allow the account to be used. You can export it from My account and request that it be deleted from the support. The commercial documents and traces necessary to manage a dispute may have to be kept according to the applicable rules; the processing of your request will specify these exceptions.
Cookies and communications
The site uses the necessary connection mechanisms as well as menu and language preferences. The language is chosen according to your registered preference, the languages of the browser then the approximate country transmitted by the host, without GPS. You can change it at any time. The language preference is kept one year on this browser. No ad tracer is added by the academy. The entry to the Premium opening list is optional and can be removed from My account. No automatic newsletter send is enabled.
